On the ground floor

Parco
This room comes with its own bathroom and independent entrance from the garden. The furniture is typical of the villa with the colours of the era, the lace, the flower paintings, and the original marble grit floor that makes the ambience particularly evocative.

A wide stone staircase, enclosed by marbled arches and filled with the light from the garden filtering through the mezzanine windows, leads to the first ‘Noble’ floor which consists of:

The Stable Room
This room is completely frescoed and finely furnished. It has its own entrance hall separated from the other rooms by an antique gate which provides privacy and discretion. The bathroom has maintained the architectural elements of the early twentieth century where ceramics were the appropriate furnishings to create ‘A Comfortable Place’ suitable for people of a certain social standing. The view of the garden and the old stables make this room pleasantly quiet.

On the first floor a corridor, enriched with a variety of decors, leads to two sumptuously frescoed rooms:

The Vineyard
A bedroom suite of unique taste with a living room and fireplace and a breathtaking view of Montepulciano - which seems almost possible to touch. The view reaches Val di Chiana, extending up to the Apennines, with San Biagio and Montefollonico to the left between rows of cypress trees, ploughed countryside, vineyards and olive trees.

The Boulevard 
A room truly from another era with a freestanding bathtub and a bathroom enclosed in a Tromp l'oeil-style as they used to in the old days. The ceiling fresco inspired by musical motifs creates a striking ambience that will undoubtedly surprise you.

Climbing up to the second floor there are five more superbly furnished rooms all with the spectacular view of the unique landscape. The rooms have no TV systems which has been deliberately omitted to allow full immersion in the peacefulness of the surroundings.
